  • Compact 4-track audio recorder
  • specially designed for use with a DSLR camera
  • can be mounted directly on the digital SLR camera
  • SD/ SDHC card as recording medium
  • flip signal function
  • USB 2.0 connection
  • Tripod adapter (1/4 inch)

The DR-60D MKII is a compact 4-track audio recorder,
which has been specially designed for use with a DSLR camera as a video system (DSLR/DSLM). It can be mounted directly on the digital SLR camera and offers various audio inputs and outputs to record high-resolution audio material separately from the camera and the video data in parallel.

The recorder features Tascam HDDA (High Definition Discrete Architecture) microphone preamplifiers,
which ensure high signal-to-noise ratio, low self-noise and low distortion. Recordings can be made at 44.1/48/96 kHz and 16/24 bit in WAV or BWF format. As an alternative to stereo recording, up to four audio tracks can be recorded simultaneously and mixed into a stereo signal. The recording levels for tracks 1, 2 and 3-4 can be set individually, and it is also possible to create two recording files with different recording levels at the same time (dual recording).

High-resolution audio material can be routed to a DSLR/DSLM camera,
to be recorded there as a reference track, and a camera input allows the audio signal from the camera to be conveniently monitored. MS decoding, flap signal function (automatic/manual), selectable time alignment and other functions for convenient recording are also available.
