As with all other NOVOFLEX adapters, this is a purely mechanical adaptation. With original Canon EF Lens no! Aperture control is not possible.
The use of EF mount lenses with a mechanical aperture ring (Canon EF Cine lenses, Zeiss Compact Prime lenses, Samyang, etc.) is recommended.
