Leofoto Urban LX-324CT carbon tripod with XB-38 ball head
This tripod is a very sturdy all-rounder, ideal for practically any photographic task where a reliable tripod is required. It is also extremely comfortable to use. it can take a load of 15 kg, but only weighs 2 kg itself. With the center column fully extended, the working height is 1,710 mm. In the opposite direction, the working height approaches the ground down to 210 mm. The pack size of 480 mm is also a recommendation for choosing the Urban LX-324CT if you want to realize a wide variety of photographic concepts with a single tripod. This carbon tripod is completed by the lightweight Leofoto XB-38 ball head, a multi-tool and a set of stainless steel spikes. Not forgetting the practical carrying bag, in which all parts can be stored ready to hand at all times.

Leofoto Urban series - lightweight, slim carbon tripods, versatile and intuitive to use
Quite a few ambitious users wish they almost always had a large tripod with them when taking photos. But it should neither be a burden nor complicated to handle. It should, of course, be able to withstand heavy loads and be suitable for all types of photography, but its functions must be completely intuitive and uncomplicated to use. Leofoto carbon tripods from the Urban series easily meet these requirements, because that is exactly what they are designed for.

However, lightness and simplicity in no way mean sacrificing quality and stability. The Urban series tripods are also made of ten layers of carbon, as is customary at Leofoto, with the exception of monopods and the Traveler series. With their high stability, the carbon legs contribute just as much to the success of good pictures as their rather inconspicuous, but not unimportant, vibration-absorbing rubber feet. The stainless steel spikes supplied can provide even better stability on difficult terrain. The leg segments glide smoothly without twisting in the slightest. And thanks to the non-slip rubberized twist locks, loosening or fixing each individual leg segment is extremely quick. One of the three upper leg segments has a soft coating. This is not only easy on the hands, but can also relieve strain on the shoulders when the tripod and attached camera are carried over the shoulder to the next shooting point.

The pack size is as small as possible. This is made possible by folding the tripod legs through 180°. In this way, they take the respective ball head sitting on the built-in center column into their center - it does not protrude. Not to forget: all metal parts of the Leofoto tripods are neither forged nor formed. Instead, they are exclusively CNC-milled from highly durable aircraft aluminum for absolute accuracy of fit and robustness.

Conclusion: Beautifully slim, super light, short but strong - and when it comes down to it, they can be brought to a respectable length in a flash. All this makes Leofoto carbon tripods from the Urban series the ideal all-round tripods for practically any photographic project - but especially when traveling. Simply perfect!

Leofoto Urban LX-324CT carbon tripod - strong and reliable in every situation
Nobody should be fooled by the slim and light "figure" of the LX-324CT. The tripod legs are extremely strong. On the other hand, they are light and pleasantly comfortable to handle. The four segments (diameter 32, 28, 25 and 22 mm) per tripod leg glide extremely reliably and smoothly. A quick twist is all that is needed to release or fix their locks. For shots very close to the ground, the long center column can be exchanged for a short version, which is also included in the scope of delivery. With the Urban LX-324CT, Leofoto provides discerning photographers with a particularly strong, robust, comfortable and versatile carbon tripod. It is perfectly complemented by the XB-38 ball head, which keeps even heavy DSLRs firmly "under control".

Leofoto XB-38 ball head - a compact powerhouse
Every carbon tripod in the Urban series is supplied as a set, together with a perfectly fitting ball head. The Leofoto XB-38 ball head could hardly be a better choice. Its load capacity of 20 kg even exceeds that of the Urban LX-324CT - a safe reserve of strength for very heavy photographic equipment. The head is equipped with a 3/8" tripod thread and a ¼" camera screw, the latter is suitable for almost all cameras. With a ball diameter of just 38 mm, the XB-38 remains very compact despite its high load capacity - the ideal complement to the Urban LX-324CT carbon tripod. A large rotary knob allows smooth control of the friction and a firm hold of the ball. Rotation and tilting of the ball work "like clockwork". The corresponding quick-release coupling with Arca-Swiss compatible QR camera plate type BPL-50 allows the camera(s) to be attached and changed at lightning speed.
