  • infinitely adjustable intermediate ring
  • bayonet mount on the back
  • Of course, focal lengths around 50 mm are best suited.

A special macro lens for your mirrorless system camera is too expensive for you?
But you still have magnification lenses from your own B&W lab with M39 mount? Or photo lenses with M42 camera thread, perhaps from analog camera equipment? Then simply turn these old "treasures" into your own macro lens.
The B.I.G. macro worm is a continuously adjustable intermediate ring. A single turn is all it takes to sensitively change the length. With the bayonet mount on the back, it fits perfectly to your mirrorless system camera. On the front, the direct M42 mount or - via the included adapter ring - the M39 mount can be used.
This allows you to achieve a relatively large scale (about 1:1.5) and still stay far enough away from the subject to be able to stage it with appropriate light or not cast a shadow on the subject yourself. Of course, enlarging lenses with their compact design and light weight have advantages here.
