A lens born for street photography
The 7Artisans M 28mm f/5.6 is an optically outstanding lens in retro design from the "WEN" series. It is therefore perfect for use in street and/or people photography.

Starting aperture "ONLY" f/5.6 - but that is precisely the advantage:
The strong depth of field from the outset makes handling in street photography so much easier and popular! The photographer does not have to constantly keep an eye on the technology, but can concentrate on the impressions that are important to him.

Technically, we are talking about just 130g in a very attractive metal housing, which is just 53mm in diameter. Nevertheless, this flyweight contains an impressive optical design of 6 elements arranged in 4 groups. These include one element with a high refractive index and two elements with low dispersion (ED glass), which effectively suppress color differences and keep spherical aberrations in check.

Depending on the application, it is practical that the lens also has a 35.5mm front thread. Another useful tool is a lever with which the infinity setting can be fixed. This distance is often preselected, especially in street photography. This fixing option means that there can be no accidental adjustment when you are "in action". In the infinity setting, you always get a clear and sharp image.

The aperture and focus are set manually.
